Metal lungs necklace.
The detailed lungs are silver plated alloy, and approximately 3cm wide and 4cm long. They are attached to a steel jumpring, and hung from a stainless steel chain.
The chain is available in a choice of lengths - 16in, 17in, 18in, 20in or 22in. It fastens with a lobster clasp.
